Iva Saykova on decentralization of culture

? Culture in a small town? Mission Possible! ? Why not decentralize culture from large cities to small towns? I will try to provoke the participants to talk about their experiences in organizing alternative events, including alternative education in small towns. Let's talk about the cultural situation in their home towns and to visualize together an idea for future cultural development or potential change, which would include the smaller towns and villages in Bulgaria. The most amazing thing in the current world is the possibility to share skills in a free, non-hierarchical, synergy model. You might take it for granted, but this pure novelty in our world. We believe in the power of open sharing and we invite you to become a part of the PEER 2 PEER experiment, which reflects this belief of ours: This year (and not only - if the model turns out to be good) it is not the organizers, but the audience of Beglika’s fest...
