Bulgarian Breathwork Association

Our main goal for these 4 days is to create harmony and oneness in ourselves – to become aware of the emotional, behavioural and thinking patterns and our physical body. When we are aware of them, we are making conscious choices – do we want this or that in our lives or we are ready to change it/let it go.

The Bulgarian Breathwork Association will present breath practices from various traditions (Shamanic, Balinese, Sufi, African and others including BULGARIAN -called WoodRose). They have been studied and compiled by our main trainer Krassi Georgiev, a phychologist and hypnotherapist with many years of experience and different qualifications.

Schedule by day:

21.08 (Thursday)

17:00 – 18:00 – Bulgarian Breathing (WoodRose Breathwork) Improves the psychological and emotional state, reduces tension.
18:00 – 18:30 –  Movement and breathing
21:00- 00:00 – Breathing practices from different cultures (ketjack, shamanic, etc). More cleansing practices allowing for entering trance states suitable for the evening.

22.08 (Friday)

10:00 – 11:00 – Conscious breathing for a conscious day!
12:00 -13:00 – Breathing for relaxation
16:00 – 16:30 – DMT breathing /unlimited time/ :) (Allows the complete expression of love and joy. Expands self-awareness. Opens the Ajna chakra (the 3rd eye).
around 21:00- Breathing practices from different cultures (ketjack, shamanic, etc) and after it – preparation for dreamlike states.

23.08 (Saturday)

10:00 – 11:00 – Conscious breathing for a conscious day!
12:00 – 13:00 – Bulgarian breathing ( WoodRose Breathwork)
16:00 – 16:30 – The power of intention and breathing
18:00 – 18:30- DMT breathing /unlimited time/ :) (Allows the complete expression of love and joy. Expands self-awareness. Opens the Ajna chakra (the 3rd eye).
21:00 – 00:00 – Breathing practices from different cultures (ketjack, shamanic, etc). Breathing with sounds.

24.08 (Sunday)

10:00 – 11:00 – Transformation of stress into vitality
(Leads to higher self-esteem and self-confidence)
12:00 – 13:00 – Bulgarian Breathing (WoodRose Breathwork) – a group session
14:00 – 15:00 – Breathing and prana (vital energy)
