Shaman’s Shadow

The Martial Arts Sports Club “Shaman’s Shadow” presents:

Morning practice – breathing techniques, exercises for awakening the body, basic Kung Fu punches and techniques (everyone can participate) – start: every day from 9:00 am,  duration: 1 hour

A bit before noon  – demonstration:  positions with and without a weapon – start: every day at 11:00 am, duration: between 30 minutes and 1 hour

Before dusk – open class; training and practice – start: every day at 6:00pm, duration between 1 hour and 1 hour and half
