Workshop on organic juggling and expression with balls
Throwing, catching, air time, numerology, basic juggling with three balls, creating new transitions between shapes, coordination and quality of movement, focus of the eyes, changes in wind direction, pauses, silence, circles, using fingers , posture and lines of the body, release of unnecessary tension, control and maintenance of the abdominal muscles, feet, playing with expectations, juggling as a way to tell a story, drawing in space, making sentences, routines, passing the balls in pairs, team work, games. Warm-up based on yoga postures and contemporary dance. Applying the Alexander technique and combining the art of juggling with mime, theater, and dance.
